New Program Offering

CO-CREATING THE FUTURE: MOBILIZING STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIPS

As a response to the challenges posed by a changing earth, a more interconnected economy and widening gaps in society, the Center, in partnership with AIM-RVR Center for Corporate Social Responsibility, will be offering a Community Engagement Program entitled, Co-Creating the Future: Mobilizing  Stakeholder Partnerships. The three-day course, to be held on February 26-28, 2014, is premised on: (1) the desire to create shared social value with stakeholders; (2) a collaborative, networked approach to sustainable development; and (3) social innovations as critical to business success and improved social outcomes. Participants will be engaged through participative learning involving case studies, simulations, exercises and real life applications. As a learning laboratory, the course will bring together executives and leaders from business, local government, as well as civil society involved in community development programs in their organizations.
